At Chick-fil-A Deer Valley, we exhibit caring in all we do.  We define caring as making what is important to someone else important to me.  It's not about what we do, but how we do it. A caring person pays attention to the details and is invested in the outcome. They never simply go through the motions, but they put thought into every action that they take.

• Listening to guests and team members

• Responding to others with courtesy and empathy

• Slowing down to ensure orders are taken correctly, food is made correctly, and bags are packed correctly

• Serving the highest quality food as safely as possible - we serve meals which we would be proud to serve to our loved ones.

We believe that we can and do accomplish more as a united body than individually.  We believe in the mantra "To go fast go alone, to go far go together" and we are willing to do what it takes to go farther together.

• Delivering the mail to the right address (eliminating gossip and complaining)

• Wanting the best for each other, expecting the best from each other, and giving our best to each other

Relentless means never giving up on finding the solution to a problem. We believe in discovering solutions and opportunities to embrace the future needs of our business. To discover these solutions, we must be gritty and determined as a team to not fear failure, but rather embrace the opportunity to figure out new solutions.
