ORIENTATION
Welcome to the Chick-fil-A Deer Valley team. We are excited to get started. The Trailhead is the start of a path. You are at the start of your Chick-fil-A career and we want to ensure that you have the tools to be wildly successful. Below is some pre-work that you can do to get prepared for orientation.
How to prepare for orientation:

You will receive an email communicating the time and date of your orientation. You may also see the Orientation on HotSchedules (if you've set that up).

Bring your phone or a device that connects to the internet (laptop, tablet, etc.)

Come dressed in comfortable attire and please wear a mask. You'll most likely receive a uniform during orientation

Complete all paperwork in advance and email to elizabeth@chick-fil-adeervalley.com

When you arrive, go to the double door entrance (near the drive-thru). Check in with the person at the kiosk and let them know your name and that you are here for your orientation

When you come inside we'll do a quick temperature check and make sure you are wearing a mask.

Here is the team who will be leading you through orientation. Melissa is our orientation host and has been a member of the Chick-fil-A Deer Valley Fam for 8 years. Jeff is the Owner of Chick-fil-A Deer Valley. Audrey is the Training Coordinator and a member of the Deer Valley Fam for more than a year.

Get Slack App (iPhone)
Tap the letter to download the app or search "Slack" on your app store. You should receive an email inviting you to our Slack team. Follow the link directly from your email to connect to our Slack.

Tap the lightbulb to download the app or search "Pathway by Chick-fil-A" on your app store. Check your email for an email from donotreply@chick-fil-a.com with a link to setup your Chick-fil-A employee account. Once you've set up the account, you can use that username and password to sign in to the Pathway app. For best results use the SMS verification (not Okta) when setting up your Chick-fil-A employee account.
My Schedule (Shift Agent)
You should have received a link from Shift Agent in your email to activate you Shift Agent account. This will allow you to access your schedule. Your Trailhead schedule will be sent to you in an email, a slack message, and will be on your shift agent schedule.
